First Ever Box Day!!!

We have been prayerfully considering home school for quite some time now.  We both grew up in a church where home school was the norm.  My grandma and aunt used to cater the graduation and I remember thinking what an awesome idea it was.  Mainly because I wouldn't have to "go to school" but it was still a cool idea.  As soon as J was old enough we started thinking about it.  With the boys being over 3 years part we thought it might be a little hard the first year J was ready, T would only be 1.  Here we are now 2011, J is ready for K and almost 6 and T is 2 1/2 and we are ready for HOME SCHOOL.  We feel this decision was led by the Lord.  We realize it's not for everyone and those have expressed that. =) 

So began our search for curriculum, there are literally hundreds, super confusing for us 1st timers.  We eventually made our choice to use Sonlight.  I had a fellow home school momma describe as "school in a box."  Sounded great to me =)  I ordered it just under a week ago and today is our very first box day!!! We can't wait for school to start.
